HotSide currently offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After processing, U.S. orders typically arrive within approximately 10–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, inventory availability, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow a few days after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
