If there is an issue with your HotSide order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, contact us at oyolaj257@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the request and provide the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not return or ship an item to any address without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
